There's literally no meat on my Reuben sandwich
Poor customer service
Pulled up behind a couple of cars in the drive through and they got their order taken. First car drove off car in front of me was asking to pull into spot A to wait for their order.
I pull to the window and was told they cant take my order. Huh? She says they cant if theres cars behind me. I say, as I pointed to the car in spot A you took their order.
Then she comes back a tell me that the drive thru is only for online orders. I tell her I have come through the drive thru many times and have never been told that. She says let me talk to her manager. She comes back to the window and says that I will have to go to the back of the line.
Huh? Theres like 4 cars behind me. Again I point out that I was behind the person in spot A and she took their order. She goes and talks to the manager again and finally tells me she can take my order.
I received my drink but was asked to pull into spot B. After a lengthy wait I finally got my order.

I just visited your new location in Orlando (O Town) west and the service was horrible.
I ordered online & went in to pick up my phone. There were about 3 people who had been waiting in line in for a while in front of me.
All of the employees (cashier, cooks, etc) moved extremely slow and were nonchalant about waiting customers. A family of 4 came in after me and got their food (4 meals) before me. I ordered a half sandwich & half salad, waited 30minutes & got my food after that family who ordered after me. The person giving me the order didnt even look to see that I ordered a drink too so i had to remind him to give me the drink.
If the cashier hadnt been so slow taking other orders i woukdve just got a refund & left. I have experienced service so bad in a long time.
That tip jar needs to be removed & these employees need to be retrained. I will make a review on this experience so others wont have to experience this poor service like i did.
And the food wasnt good.

Hi my name is Marcy and I worked with McAlister's for a little over 2 years. I was fired because one of the employees decided to not be my friend anymore and she was told to go home because she was yelling at a server and I was her manager so I figured she would be better off going home than yelling at somebody...
She ended up throwing a sandwich in my face and assaulting Me... You can see on camera that I did " !" And they ended up firing me because I was told nobody liked me there anymore And the little lady that assaulted me kept her job. She hasn't even been there For 6 months And I had been there for over 2 years...
I was fired that day and it never makes sense to me how i lost everything for trying to stop drama in the work place and she kept her job. I need to talk to someone about this.

I had worked for McAlester's for 4 months. I work everyday to my fullest potential.
Recently I quit due to unprofessional conduct. My manager was trying to say that I was having a relationship with a coworker that is 22 (Im 17). Sunday 28th I walked out because the general manager pulled me into the office and called my mom because I and the 22 year old coworker went up to Wendys after we got off work because his roommate works at Wendys. I wasnt up at Wendys for no more then 5 minutes before my mom got there to pick me.
Yes I understand that it was a little out of place for a minor and an adult to go somewhere together but there was still people around us. My general manager has told me multiple times that what I do outside of work is my business. So with that being said I believe that she had no right to call my mom. My mom even knew who I was with and where I was going and she had no problem with it.
I would like to also mention all the stress the general manager has put on all of her employees by constantly getting stressed out over really little things then going on to yelling to the point where customers can hear her from in the dinning room. Back to what I was saying before, this was not the first time the Gm has threatened to call my mom because of accusations of me and my coworker supposedly messing around with each other. I strongly believe that something needs to be done regarding the Gm to help better the company. The company that I was working for is located in Fort Walton Beach Florida 32548.
I would really like to talk about this situation even more if youre able too. Thank you.

I was in parking lot of McAlister's Gastonia NC ..A very young hostile black women confronted me in parking lot saying I was over to far, untrue..she was in middle of road, she was yelling at me from her car..I drove away preceded to park, she flew around and parked in front of me..she chased me into the restaurant screaming at me, of course I was defending myself, she continued, the manager and two black goons from back came out there, she pushed me right in front of them, the Manager told us both to get out of store to which I absolutely said no, he said he was going to call the police and I said please do! He kept trying to send me out the door to where she waiting for me..I told him I would not leave until police arrived.the kitchen help and manager kept saying I was trespassing, so I finally went out to wait for police..the girl came back up to me and I told her police were coming and she fled the scene..I am 60 years old I do not fight anyone .the store manager was a jerk!
He put me into a seriously dangerous situation trying to force me out of store! She only came in there to scream at me not dine! I have been going here for years but he acted as though I was no one to him! He needs serious training on what to do when a customer safety is at risk and he made it so much worse!
I will share and tell everyone on social media about this manager and your restaurant! I was in great danger but he did not care and was even laughing..the kitchen staff was pathetic coming out there telling me I was trespassing..I was and am still mortified about his behavior..the police came and was so kind to me..he did not even go into the restaurant after and told me I should contact McAlister's corporate office and report the the jerk store manager..he needs training and to learn compassion..I was scared to death of the ghetto girl!

Manager of the Owensboro store Parrish avenue location brought my food out to my car with an attitude rolling her eyes at me. Asked if there was ut nails in the bag and she said she didnt bag my order so I checked and found that my order more order was wrong and just thrown together, sides were falling off the sandwiches and both spuds looked completely dried out and was not like I ordered them.
Took them back to the drive thru window and explained my situation and she came to the window demanding the food to be given back to her which isnt allowed per osha regulations after its handed off to customer!
Whole time she showed an attitude and rolling her eyes. Before handing her the food back I told her she could lose her attitude and she informed me that shes had a crazy day but again not my fault so why should I have to suffer her bad day.

Had the nachos at Mcalister's Deli 2445 Kansas Expy Springfield Missouri. Don't know what the rest of the food is like.
First time I've eaten here and will be the last. The tip option is made at the time you place your order. If you're going to tip without the full experience I would suggest the bare minimum. Apparently they line all their plates with this annoying piece of paper.
It was palatable but dry. For the same price point or less nachos from Taco Bell are much more enjoyable and tasty. The customer service here is okay and I got my order rather quickly. Into my feast counter personnel that took my order came by to ask me how the nachos were.
The reply to my feedback was but all that's preset by corporate. I have come to despise that answer.
Even though I was told that my feedback would be passed on, I highly doubt it will be. I called the corporate office at 888.330.4313 and then now waiting for a call back.
